Service and Maintenance:

1. What if the product in use under Whole Life Service Plan was stolen or damaged by fire? Is there any insurance covered for the product?

Yes, the products are protected by all-risk insurance coverage. If the product in use was stolen or damages by fire, a police report must be made within 24 hours, and the report must be submitted to the Customer Service Department enclosed with a Product Lost Form. After verifying, company will change a new unit to the customer

2. What kind of service available for an existing DEWS customer who signs up for Whole Life Service Plan but will only have new Diamond Classic delivered 3 years later?

The customer can enjoy a free service & maintenance per year which include changing of filters in accordance with the standard maintenance practice. Thereafter, each additional filter replaced will be charged RM120 each.
