1. What if customers want to buy-up the unit under Whole Life Service Plan within 3 years from the sign-up date?

Customers are allowed to buy-up the product after using it for at least 12 months. Then, a 6 months advance notice must be given for processing.

2. What if customers want to buy-up the unit under Whole Life Service Plan after 3 years from the sign-up date?

Bound by the company terms and conditions with a buy-up advance notice of 6 months, the customer is allowed to buy-up the unit in use using below indication:-
