1. Does the customer need to pay any additional payment other than the monthly fee?
No, there will be no additional charges other than the monthly fee
2. When should the customer start paying the monthly fee?
The monthly fee will start taking effect once approved, please refer to the table as below:-

Yes, the customer can pay the whole 3 years fee in lump sum. The monthly fee for 35th & 36th month would be waived if a whole 3 years fee in lump sum was paid
