Q: What is the basic requirement for installation?

A: Under normal condition, when the water pressure is at 15-90 psi, Diamond Spa can achieve its best effects. If the water pressure is above 30 psi, installation can be carried out. We can have a test on this anytime if you wish.

Q: Is my current water heater suitable for the installation of Diamond Spa?

A: The types of water heaters suitable for the installation of Diamond Spa are:

1. Gas thermostatic heater
2. High pressure electric heater
3. High pressure instant heater

The types of water heaters not suitable are:

1. Low pressure water collecting heater
2. Old fashioned water heater
3. Low pressure electric heater
